About

Dr. Yee is dedicated to providing comprehensive and compassionate obstetric and gynecologic care to women of all ages and backgrounds. She believes in openly communicating with her patients and empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions affecting their health and well-being. She treats each person with the utmost thoughtfulness, respect, and empathy. Her special interests include minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, family planning, and contraceptive counseling as well as preventative healthcare.

She received her undergraduate degree in Biology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire where she was also an NCAA Division I student-athlete on the varsity softball team. She received her M.D. degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, Arizona with a Certificate of Distinction in Service and Community Health. Dr. Yee completed her residency at the University of California Davis Medical Center in Sacramento where she served as Administrative Chief Resident in her final year. While in residency, she received the Ryan Program Award in Family Planning for continued excellence and commitment to her patients.

Dr. Yee is excited to be back home delivering high-quality care with the collaborative team at Ob-Gyn Specialists. She was raised in the East Bay and is thrilled to come full circle by working with patients at John Muir Medical Center—the same place where she was born.
