The Breast Health Center at the Gregory Rhodes MD Cancer Center, part of BASS Medical Group, offers coordinated, compassionate care for every stage of your breast health journey. With breast surgeons, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists working together in one location, we make your care seamless, supportive, and centered on you.

At the Breast Health Center, we take a multidisciplinary, patient-first approach to breast health—from prevention to recovery. Our goal is to provide timely diagnosis, coordinated treatment, and compassionate support every step of the way.

Our comprehensive services include:

Screening & Diagnostics: Mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs, and image-guided biopsies for accurate, early detection.
Genetic Cancer Risk Assessment: Evaluation of family history and hereditary cancer risk to guide personalized screening and prevention strategies. This service is provided by clinicians certified in genomic cancer risk assessment and coordinated with the breast oncology care team when needed.
Surgical Care: Breast-conserving surgery, mastectomy, and reconstructive options tailored to your goals and health needs.
Radiation & Medical Oncology: Advanced radiation and systemic therapies designed to target cancer precisely and minimize side effects.
Support Team: One-on-one guidance from our staff to coordinate appointments, explain treatment options, and connect you to supportive care resources.

Meet Your Care Team

Our core breast care team is led by breast surgeon Dr. Danielle Bertoni and breast oncology nurse practitioner Nicole Daisa, working closely with radiation oncology, and other cancer specialists to coordinate comprehensive care.
