bassmedicalgroup.com conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Our online bill payment is provided by a separate vendor and is not covered by this statement.

What we have done

In September 2026, an accessibility specialist evaluated the website using automated tools, manual code review, keyboard-only navigation, and screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver). All issues identified in that evaluation were corrected. Among them: keyboard access to video content, a skip-to-content link, form labels, heading structure, link text, color contrast, and the announcement of dynamic content to screen readers. A post-remediation audit confirmed the corrections. An Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT® 2.5) documenting our conformance is available on request.

Keeping the website accessible

We review new content and features for accessibility before they are published, and we re-evaluate the website when it changes significantly. If a problem is found, we will correct it or provide the information in an alternative format.
