Mona Shete

BASS Medical Group is proud to welcome Dr. Mona M. Shete, a board-certified Otolaryngologist with over two decades of high-level clinical and surgical experience in the United States.

Dr. Shete’s distinguished U.S. career began with a General Surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic’s Fairview Hospital in 2005. She went on to complete a specialized Pediatric Otolaryngology Fellowship followed by an ENT residency at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Since then, she has served as a dedicated physician in Memphis, TN and most recently with the Dignity Health Medical Group in Bakersfield, CA. Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Dr. Shete is a prolific researcher whose work includes published studies on airway management and sinus surgery. She is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to all her patients at BASS Medical Group.

• General Otolaryngology: Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of ear, nose, and throat, head and neck disorders for both adult and pediatric patients.
• Rhinology & Sinus Surgery: Expertise in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), nasal septoplasty, nasal turbinate procedures, and advanced management of epistaxis.
• Laryngology: Advanced management of vocal cord paralysis, dysphonia, chronic cough, and glottic/subglottic stenosis, including endoscopic laser management and excision of early laryngeal cancer.
• Otology: Comprehensive ear care including tympanoplasty, treatment of complications from acute and chronic otitis media, and in-office procedures for hearing loss, Vertigo, and Meniere’s disease.
