Executive Vice President

Prior to joining BASS Medical Group as Executive Vice President, Ramona Parvaneh spent the last 20+ years in leadership roles within a slew of healthcare and pharmaceutical organizations, including Fortune 5 and Fortune 6 companies. Her most recent stint was at McKesson Corporation, where she held a number of vital positions, one of which was Senior Director of Corporate Accounting. During her time at McKesson, Ramona provided mentorship to 16 senior staff members and oversaw various company transactions and acquisitions. She ensured compliance with corporate policies and implemented procedural refinements, resulting in significant improvements throughout the organization. Ramona also provided consulting, technical accounting guidance, and project management support to 7 business unit CFOs, including 400 physician practices at USOncology.

Before McKesson, Ramona was with United Healthcare as a Controller for almost 3 years. She managed 25 staff members and was responsible for the financial and facility operations of the United Behavioral division. Ramona also implemented career development plans and provided internal growth opportunities, which resulted in a reduced turnover rate for the company.

Ramona is a Certified Public Accountant and has a master’s degree in business administration and finance.
