Jesse Kaestner, MBA, RT(T)

Jesse Kaestner, MBA, RT(T), serves as Executive Director of Ancillary Services at BASS Medical Group's Gregory Rhodes M.D. Cancer Center, where he provides strategic and operational leadership across key ancillary service lines. With more than 17 years of experience in healthcare, Jesse brings a strong blend of clinical expertise, operational management, and executive leadership to his role.

Jesse began his career as a Radiation Therapist and has extensive experience in radiation oncology and cancer center operations. His background includes hands-on clinical practice as well as progressive leadership roles overseeing radiation oncology, PET/CT services, and multidisciplinary care teams. This clinical foundation enables him to work closely with physicians, therapists, and operational teams while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety, quality, and experience.

Since joining BASS Medical Group, Jesse has held multiple leadership positions, including Associate Director and Director of the Cancer Center, before assuming his current executive role. In these positions, he has contributed to operational growth, workflow optimization, program development, and service expansion across oncology and ancillary services.

In addition to his work at BASS, Jesse has served as President of JK Rad Onc Consulting, LLC, providing consulting services in radiation oncology program development, dosimetry and physics coverage, and operational optimization. He has also contributed to healthcare education as an Adjunct Professor and Clinical Coordinator in a Radiation Therapy program, supporting the training and development of future healthcare professionals.

Jesse holds a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration and is a certified Radiation Therapist. His leadership philosophy emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and building high-performing teams that deliver patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Jesse enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new destinations and cuisines, and supporting his wife’s creative business. He is passionate about improving healthcare delivery and fostering environments where patients and staff can thrive.
