Rachel Moorman

Rachel Moorman is a dedicated and compassionate board certified Physician Assistant. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Health Sciences from Purdue University in 2021. She went on to earn a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in 2025. Additionally, she holds a Masters in Health Law and Policy from Wake Forest University School of Law. Rachel is deeply passionate about her role as an advocate for patients' health and overall well-being. She aims to foster a collaborative approach to medical decision-making and believes every patient should feel informed and involved in their care. She is a dedicated life-long learner and strives to provide the most up-to-date, evidence-based treatment available. In her free time, Rachel enjoys writing music and poetry, trail running, backpacking and exploring the beautiful state of California.
