Henna Ebrahimi, PA-C is a board-certified Physician Assistant in Family Medicine focused on providing comprehensive primary care.
Henna earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Biological Sciences and completed her master’s training in Physician Assistant Studies. Early in her career, she gained experience in a variety of healthcare and clinical roles throughout the East Bay, including work at community health centers serving underserved populations, which helped build a strong foundation in medicine.
In addition to her professional experience, Henna has volunteered at sports physical events and women’s health shelters in the Central Valley.
Having grown up in the Tri-Valley, she enjoys visiting local coffee shops and restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to helping patients stay healthy, navigate their care with confidence, and serve the community she proudly calls home.
