Delisa Jackson

Delisa Jackson is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree from American Sentinel College of Nursing and Health Sciences at Post University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Pensacola Christian College. Delisa has practiced as a registered nurse for18 years in the acute care setting caring for patients with a wide range of needs in cardiac step-down, critical care, telemetry, medical-surgical units, and the catheterization lab.

Delisa is passionate about disease prevention, nutrition, and stress management. She strives to deliver patient-centered care that is built on trusting relationships with patients and families. Ultimately, her goal is to help individuals reach their best health and well-being outcomes. In her spare time, Delisa loves spending time with her husband and two teenage girls. She enjoys taking long walks in nature and attending farmer’s markets.
