Cynthia Mullen

Cynthia Mullen, M.D., is a gastroenterologist for BASS Medical Group. Dr. Mullen received her medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans. She completed her internal medicine training at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu. She then went on to finish her fellowship training in gastroenterology and hepatology at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. She has extensive experience in the management of gastrointestinal and liver disorders. In addition to her extensive endoscopic experience, including upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, she offers in-office CRH O’Regan hemorrhoid banding.

Prior to relocating to California, she was active in the metropolitan Washington, DC, medical community as a practicing physician, medical society member and community volunteer. On the national level, she is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology and has served on the Women in Gastroenterology Committee for several years. She is board certified in both gastroenterology and internal medicine. Dr. Mullen offers the most current and advanced gastrointestinal services. Since beginning practice in 2010, she has received numerous awards for patient satisfaction.
