Dr. Tanvi Raman, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician with extensive experience in primary care, transitional care, and high-risk home visits for elderly patients. Before joining BASS Medical Group, she served as a Regional Medical Officer at CareMore Health and as a medical director for inpatient and transitional care services at John Muir Medical Group.
Dr. Raman is passionate about preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and patient-centered care. She provides comprehensive primary care at BASS Medical Group locations in San Jose, Walnut Creek, and San Ramon, CA.
