Charles Malak

Chuck is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate care to individuals across the lifespan. Based in Palo Alto, California. Chuck brings a diverse clinical background with over two decades in sports medicine, based in Palo Alto, CA. He earned his B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training from San Diego State University and completed a Master of Science in Nursing degree at Samuel Merritt University. He has experience as a first assistant in the operating room. Chuck treats many common orthopedic injuries from the shoulder to the foot. Non-surgical treatment options include hyaluronic acid and cortisone injections, focused shockwave (ESWT), radial sound wave, and extracorporeal magnetotransduction therapy (EMTT).  Chuck is an active member in the California Association for Nurse Practitioners and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Chuck is a native of San Mateo, CA. He enjoys traveling, watching bay area sports teams, being a weekend warrior, and weightlifting.
