About

Dr. Michelle Doscas is a board-certified Family Medicine and Sports Medicine physician. She is originally from New York and went to college at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. She earned her medical degree at Rush Medical College in Chicago and then completed her Family Medicine residency at UC San Diego. She stayed on at UCSD for her Sports Medicine fellowship. During fellowship, she gained expertise in musculoskeletal diagnostics, ultrasound-guided procedures, concussion management and being a team physician for local NCAA and professional teams.

Dr. Doscas values patient centered decision making. She strives to listen to her patients and meet them where they are. She has a special interest in women’s health, LGBTQ+ health and taking care of athletes of all ages.

In her free time, Dr. Doscas enjoys playing soccer, making homemade pasta, traveling, and spending time outside with her wife and son.
