Kristal Evans has been a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for over 25 years - specializing in orthopedic Physical Therapy and in Pilates-based rehabilitation. She has expertise in rehabilitating spine, shoulder, knee, hip injuries and balance dysfunctions. Her focus is on improving a patient’s ability to return to her previous level of function through a combination of Physical Therapy(manual therapy, strengthening, ROM and balance). She emphasizes a safe Pilates-based rehabilitation with follow-up aftercare programs that tailor to the patient’s goals. She is committed to getting patients healthy, healed and fit.
Kristal graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology/Exercise Science in 1991. She received her PTA state licensure in 1994 and Pilates Certification under Polestar International in 2001. She currently works for Dr. Jensen’s East Bay Shoulder Clinic and Sports Rehabilitation. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, hiking the hills, and gardening.
