Dr. Justin Cha graduated in 2016 from Grove City College in western Pennsylvania with a degree in Psychology and a minor in music. The intersection of psychology and music, coupled with his conversational fluency in Mandarin, led to a natural interest in psychoacoustics and hearing science. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, where he received the Audiology Program Excellence Award.
He then completed his clinical fellowship at the Stanford Ear Institute. At Stanford, he received extensive training in diagnostics and hearing aid technology, as well as vestibular diagnostic testing and cochlear implants. Perhaps most importantly, his time at Stanford has instilled in him a passion for patient interactions and for taking a patient-centered approach to healthcare.
Outside of work, Dr. Cha enjoys playing the piano and violin, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
