About

Dr. Victorina Hoffmann is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience serving patients in the East Bay Area. Dr. Hoffmann takes pride in getting to know the physical, emotional, and social aspects of her patients lives to uncover how that will affect their overall well-being. Through carefully listening to each individual and their story, Dr. Hoffmann works with her patients to develop a unique plan of care to suit their needs and lifestyle. 

Dr. Hoffmann places special emphasis on preventative care and wellness practices to reduce risks for illness. Dr. Hoffmann and her team use a proactive approach to ensure completion of annual wellness visits and physicals, routine screenings, and immunizations for every patient, every year. Dr.Hoffmann encourages her patients to become a well-informed participant in the care journey and works to foster a partnership to achieve optimal long-term health outcomes. 

Dr. Hoffmann is a California native and completed her Internal Medicine Residency in New York. Dr. Hoffmann and her family settled in the East Bay in 1996 where she practiced Internal Medicine in Lafayette, CA before opening a new practice in Walnut Creek in late 2020.
