Dr. Shannon Clemons graduated in 2015 from UC San Diego with a degree in Linguistics and an emphasis in cognition and language. She went onto receive her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. She worked in Southern California for several years and now resides in San Jose, where she diagnoses, treats, and evaluates hearing and balance disorders at EARS. Additionally, Dr. Clemons has served on the board of directors for the California Academy of Audiology since 2018.
Her interests include hearing aids, vestibular evaluations, and cochlear implants. She focuses on combining top technologies and good communication strategies to facilitate improved quality of life for her patients. She considers herself blessed to have found a career which combines her interest in modern technology and diagnostics with her passion for helping others.
When not participating in something audiology related, Dr. Clemons enjoys cooking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and their pets.
