Benilda Oliquino RN, CCRN, MSN, FNP-BC is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and is a Registered Nurse for over 25 years. She is a Certified Critical Care Nurse currently serving as the President of the local American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) chapter of Alameda and Contra Costa County. She graduated FNP in 2020 at Sonoma State University with internship at Baypoint Health Center under Dr. Greta Perez and OB-Gyne clinic of Dr. Nadine Hanna. Worked at John Muir Health Concord Campus for 15 years in the ICU. Also worked as an RN at Sutter Delta Medical Center in non-invasive cardiology, interventional radiology and pain management. She has experience as an RN in England for 4 years. She was an instructor in BLS and ACLS with the American Heart Association. She presented group research about “Efficacy of therapeutic approaches for mental health recovery among those with dual diagnosis.” She is certified in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). She has experience in joint injections at California Regenerative Medicine and completed a course in Primary Care Procedures workshop as well as, with Jackson Orthopedics. She passed Trauma Care Nurse Certification in 2020. An active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), AACN, Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) NorCal Chapter, and American Telemedicine Association (ATA). She deems herself a lifelong learner with self-determination and a pursuit to make this world a better place for the next generation.
Currently an active provider for Covid-19 vaccination and testing in the Bay area. She also volunteers for St. Vincent de Paul Rotacare in Pittsburg and is active in her local parish church in Brentwood.
She loves spending time with her husband and 2 kids, travelling to different places and attending continuing education courses.
