Dr. Gorman has been a life long runner – having competed in college on the track. She has also added swimming, mountain biking, and road biking to her exercise regimen. She commutes to the office periodically on her bike and has been known to compete in mountain bike races or triathlons from time to time. She is also an avid skier, serving on the volunteer doctor patrol at Alpine Meadows since 2002. She lives in Los Gatos with her husband and daughter. “While I enjoy treating sports injuries, I also like the challenge of introducing exercise into people’s lives. Increasing your fitness translates into an improved quality of life. When you are in shape you tend to eat and sleep better and have decreased stress levels.”
