Originally from the east coast, Jenna Morishita, Au.D., completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Miami located in Coral Gables, Florida. Immediately following, upon her completion of her undergraduate studies, Dr. Morshita relocated to New York to complete dual Masters degrees at Teachers College, Columbia University. After following her passion for working with children as a classroom teacher in a school for the deaf, Dr. Morishita decided to pursue a Doctorate of Audiology in 2015.
She relocated to the Bay Area to complete her clinical externship at UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland in Oakland, CA where her interests included pediatric amplification and cochlear implantation as well as Central Auditory Processing assessments. Though her primary clinical interest includes working with children and their families, Dr. Morishita strives to provide patient centered care for all patients regardless of age or hearing ability. Dr. Morishita is licensed by the state of California in Audiology and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, reading and exploring the Bay Area with her husband and son.
